Cancellation
notice must be received

days prior to your billing
date.
- Phone
requests will not
constitute acceptance of
any cancellation.
- Verbal
notification will not be
accepted
If
the account has a balance due
at the time of cancellation,
this balance must be paid in
full. Cancellation does not
absolve the account holder of
any outstanding balance
obligations.
Refund
Policy
1. Within first 30
days of ordering hosting
services - Full Refund
2. Before 1st of the month -
We cancel account and
terminate hosting account and
will terminate all
future billings.
3. After 1st of the month -
Account will be canceled but
No Refund will be issued.

- Once you submit a
cancellation for a domain
name that request CANNOT BE
REVERSED.
- Your initial Sale Order is
required to cancel your
